Hi to you all, my name is Angela and I am scheduled to be banded on Wed, June 4th. I am going with my mom and dad, who are also going to be banded the same day at the OCC. I was very nervous about going to Mexico for the surgery but I have ben reading all your posts and feel more at ease now. I have been given the pre-op diet to follow and was wondering if any of you have any suggestions?? I have to do the option 2 diet and am finding it hard to stick to but I NEED to do this. I am very excited about the decision I have made for myself but am also very nervous. I would appreciate any suggestions or words of encouragement from any and all of you. You veteran bandsters all are a true inspiration and you all have done so wonderful!! I can't wait to be in your shoes!! Thank you to all of you who have read this far!! Angela
