  1. Which do you guys do?

    I have been doing low carb trying to keep from gaining until my first fill, but as you all know low carb can get old pretty fast... I haven’t had any bread, pasta, sugars, crackers or anything other then meat and vegetables THAT’S IT... Kinda getting bored with that diet really fast... I know this is going to sound crazy but I am kinda scared to count calories, I am scared I am going to gain and lose. I know it’s a mind thing because I have ALWAYS done low carb and so trying to wrap my head around counting calories and losing weight doing it is kinda hard to comprehend. I know me and as soon as I go to counting calories, I feel like I am going to use all my calories up in carbs….Does this make sense to anyone? I am kinda discouraged right now because I am holding steady at 185 and have really been good with my eating and can’t seem to move the scale so I need some advice right now.

  2. I asked Dr. Martinez about this while I was there in June and he said to wait about a year or until I have got to my goal weight... I talked to my OBGYN last week and recommended at least 4-6 months but I will wait atleast a year to be on the safe side.. I hope to be at goal by then.... Awww cant wait to see our little lapband babies on here!

  3. I havent gotten to this point yet... I am kinda scared to wake up the fast food beast... And it would be sooo easy to do since its just me and I dont want to cook all the time so fast food is sooo easy! The fast food I do now is subway salads.. I am low carbing right now to try to maintain until my fill (hoping for a good fill) but I cant wait to be able to eat a hamburger again!

  4. Really I have seen it on TV and thought that is the machine I really need.. Today I was looking at getting a Thigh Master, that is something I can do at my desk at work. I read good reviews about it.. I am going to read the reviews on the Leg Magic..
