I have had two C-Sections and after one of them I woke up on a wet bed... and no I didn't pee! LOL! The wound was draining and it was a mixture of water and blood which is probably why it is pinkish. This could be all it is. I ended up having to keep it covered with gauze and tape for a few days before it finally slowed down.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am still waiting to be banded and I LOVE the play by plays that everyone post on the website. I become more comfortable with OCC and my decision to have the surgery everytime I read these!

This may be a stupid question but I am not sure what a PB is? I am scheduled to be banded on June 19 and have been pouring through this forum for information and keep seeing that term used, I have no idea what that means.

It is nice to read your story! I am scheduled to be banded on June 19th and have been very nervous about the whole TJ Mexico thing. I have been pouring through this forum for days now and am feeling more and more at ease from everyone's great stories! I have 3 kids, two of which are overweight and if all goes well for me I will seriously consider bringing them in for the surgery also if they chose to have it done. These post are great and I am getting a clearer picture of what to expect when I arrive at OCC so I want to thank everyone for being so honest and providing such detail in your stories!

That's a relief! I take Fioricet for my headaches which has caffeine in it so I was really concerned about that!

Hi everyone, I am scheduled to have my band surgery on June 19th and had a question about headaches. I get really bad migrains because of a medical condition I have. I read somewhere that you should not have caffeine for the first few months after surgery because it can cause the band to erode into the stomach. I'm just wondering if this is true and if it is what others do for their headaches?
