It's been 10 months since I have been banded, so far there have been no problems. But the last 4 days I have had the worse case of flu ever. I have tried not to vomit but sometimes a person just can't help it. And it hurts so bad when you do. How do I know if my band has slipped? This really worries me.My last fill was the end of March,I have 2.8cc, so its not too tight. Is there any other way too know other than Floral? okiegirl

Hi Lori, Thanks for asking, I feel alot better today but the rash is still very much there.although it dosn't itch as much.I think it should be going away soon.Other than that I'm feeling fine. okiegirl

Thanks so much Beth! That is exactly what happened to me. The rash has not spread but it is driving me crazy!!! I am looking forward to next week and maybe it wiill be gone ! Thanks again okiegirl

Hi James! I guess we missed you. We left TJ on Sun. The surgery was easy huh! Never had a moment of fear. The post op diet is not too bad. Hi! I was banded on 9-1-06, everything went well but now I have this huge red rash on my chest and upper abdomen. It is awful!! I think it could be an allergic reaction from the betadine used to scrub my surgery site.
