Hello, I haven't had surgery, I'm debating yet, however I found PRO-NOS protein complex, 42 grams of protein per serving, and it was on special at GNC buy on get one 50% off. They are very tasty. I guess I'm trying to see if I can follow the diet requirements. Patty
