Every time I cross the border (I have Verizon) I update my preferred roaming list by pressing *228 and then chosing option 2. I have been able to use my phone without getting any additional services everytime...

Anyone watch Survivor last night? This should be a good season!

So... Did anyone catch house? I thought it still came on at 8pm and changed channels at a quarter till to find that it was already showing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (

Fill Centers USA is a network of band fill providers that Dr. Ortiz works very closely with. You can check out thier website www.fillcentersusa.com.

Dr. O is listed as a medical advisor to the company and I have heard wonderful things about them... I found out about them on LapBandTalk.com.

The fill centers has a new location in Meridian with fluoro. Now I can get fluoro every time.
