  1. I FOLLOWED YOUR SUGGESTION AND ATE MORE YESTERDAY. THE FEELING ISN'T SO BAD TODAY. WILL CONTINUE TO EAT MORE PROTEIN. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
  2. I had my surgery 9 months ago and have lost 70 lbs- Lately I have had extreme hunger pains. I seem to get food down ok-except chicken. It's noon and I have already had an egg plus 3/4 of a hamburger. The extreme hunger pains are constant. the uncomfortable feeling is in my belly area. I called the Dr. this morning and he said my band may be too tight. Did anyone have this problem?
  3. Warning!!!!! Only go to lap band fill centers where they perform your fills laproscopically. In fact, the best thing is to go back to OCC. I recently had a so-called fill performed at one of the well-known fill centers. I had the fill , drank liquid for 48 hrs (per their Phamplet)and then after eating a whole piece of prime rib called them and told them I had absolutely no restriction. I then made an appt. to go back to OCC. and get it done correctly. The only reason I went to the fill center was because I wasn't feeling restriction and I was going to this town for a quick vacation and they told me that they had a Dr. on their list that did it there. Big mistake It cost me close to $400 for nothing!!! They will not refund the money back- even though there was no change in the fill amt. Only go to Drs. like they have at the OCC that care about their patients. I'm warning you about these fill centers.
