You are probably right- I have done this a couple of times (during IV"S, while with my mom during a procedure and with my sister during a nose bleed) I am never in pain but thinking of pain. Shellie

I am also like Erin- vasovagal. Although I was numb from a shot of numbing meds I still went vasovagal. But had absolutely no pain. I hate that you had the same problem. Hi, I have been banded since November and had my first fill on January 19th- I also get severe pain when things get stuck. No throwing up or PBing just pain and spasms. I can not eat broccoli raw, cooked or steamed, and some meats. I am living off of salads ( I do great with Zaxby's salad with chicken) and baked sweet potatoes. But I am down 40 lbs so I guess something is working out. Shellie
