Hello all, Scheduled for surgery October 6th, and I was wondering how do we get our fiber in post-op? Soluble fiber? Is it okay to take in the first two weeks? Do all juices have to be clear or can I drink juiced fruits and veggies that are well-diluted? Thanks, Jessica
