I tryed this and it is real good i did tomatoes and zucchinis and it is wonderful

After 1 year I can't belive what this band has done for me this picture was taking on Dec 21, 2009 I don't post that much but I read everything on the site You lady's have all helped me in one way or another thanks to all of you this band has worked for me and is still working I really need to post just to say thanks all of you I HAVE 1 POUND UNTILL I WILL BE UNDER THE 200 POUNDS I don't even know when I was ever under 200. You should call OCC and talk to Dr SO He told me I could drink up to 5 Mins before I eat and I could drink 30 min after That has really made it easy for me I can follow this and have done pretty good. Hope this help

Yes, it should count and you should be able to use it, this Surgery counts under medical with IRS and that the same rule FSA have to go by so I would say yes it counts and if you don"t have enough in your FSA to cover all of it. Then the rest can go on you tax return as medical expense subject to 7.5% of your adjusted gross income. Hope this helps

I just got back from a 15 day cruise we went through the Panama Canal I was so worried about All the food on the ship and in ports would there be choice that will be good for me. I have to say yes there was a lot of good food I said to my Husband I don’t think they Had all this on the last cruise we went on and He remained me that was not the food I was looking for at that time in my life (LOL) The last cruise I gained at 10pounds , This Cruise I lost 3 pounds . What a different way of life I live now . I never know ships have a gym And a nice one at that I spent every morning in there. Just had to share that we can still vacation and lose weight thats hard for me to believe but its true

Hi everyone, I'm getting ready to leave on a cruise, will be on the ship for 14 days and im scared about all the food Has anyone went on a cruise after being banded? if so how did you handle the food? I need to focuse on have fun not eating but there is food everywhere you go on the ship Any help would be great Thanks Janet

My first dinner was pinto beans and a taco which I was surprise because I could only eat one. Before surgery I would of had 3 or 4 tacos. Now I eat about 1/2 of taco if I eat beans if not I can eat one little taco LOL

Dr. SO he's the one that does my fills at OCC told me I could drink right up untill I eat and then I wait 1/2 hour after and that has worked real good for me.

I live in Yuma ,AZ and I drive to TJ for my fills they charge 100.00 each time Hope this helps

Hi There, I have a Question I will be going to OCC on Wed to have a fill and today good old TOM showed up my question is should I still go and have a fill ,does it make a difference . I hate to pay for a fill if this would change things If any one has had a fill during this time of the month how did it go for you thanks for you help Janet

Hi Everyone, I don't post much but I read everything I just had to share this I went shopping today for some clothes I will be going on a criuse in Oct so I need some clothes I was trying on pants had no clue on what size so I started out with plus size pants then I had to go to reg size I no longer need plus size when I was first banded I was wearing 26/28W AND TODAY It now just size 18 Reg I was able to buy clothes in a department store and not have to going over to the bigger size I don't know when I have ever done this before maybe in high school LOL Thanks for all you help with all the posting Janet

Jessica- when I was banded I went tp the hotel that night with my companion I did not stay over night at OCC so you might be able to stay with your mom
