Hi Valleygirl, I was banded DEC. 11th and I have only lost 7 lbs. I started solids last Thursday. I have the same feeling, I see everyone losing 15, 20 lbs. and it is a bit discouraging. I get my first fill Feb. 5th. Are you feeling hungry? I am and I am using all my will power to not eat, I cant wait for my fill, I hope it gets easier. We need to give ourselves all the support we can, I AM WITH YOU!!!!

Is that by OCC? If not is it far from there?

I am going to get my first fill in February, did you get your Botox done at the OCC? How much was it? I would love to get it done while I am there.

Congratulations!!!!! That is great, I am on day 13 and have only lost 6 lbs. since surgery day. Just a few more days then we can have real food!! We can do this.

Hi eveyone, I was banded Dec.11th. This forum has been so helpful, I find my self logging in everyday to read everyone's experiences, they have been very helpful. I am on the creamy soup stage, can anyone tell me if soy milk is OK. Dr Miranda said non dairy creamer for coffee, but was not sure about Soy milk. I love sugar free Chai's and was not sure if i could use that.
