Hello All, I am glad first to find a forum such as this one, because i kind of feel alone sometimes. I am a year into my surgery and I feel hungry a lot and i have only lost about 30lbs. Anyone ever experience this? Have any suggesstions for getting back on track. I have been avoiding my doctor because my last visit i thought he was a bit insensitive. What am i doing wrong. I hear fiber pills mentioned a lot... what kind??
