    i was just about to post this!! hhehehe.. i was there with my bf. how are u doing?? im still healing...just went back to work today. i havent stepped on a scale yet...but i will today! i lost 10lbs pre-op.. so thats my only progress.

    i havent logged on because i took a week off of work to recover..(they don't know i got the surgery) and i didnt have internet access.. but im back! thanx for checking on me.. i got banned dec 28th! SO still hanging on to the liquid diet.. uuff! :)

    OOOOOOOOMG i hear ya!! im only on day 8 and im so mad at my family for eating! lol... i've been having the chewable vitamins now... also i've been gross and doing the chew and spit thing...UGGH... hang in there... i'm with ya! and 14 lbs is awesome!!! i havent jumped on the scale yet! im gonna do it today.

    my date was changed from dec 17th to dec 28th... passport issues.. other than that.. i would've been banded today!! any one getting banded on the 28th??

    i changed my day.. waaa! i'm dec 28th now. my passport hasn't arrived and i just checked the status on it and it told me it may arrive between 16th and 19th.. lol and that's with the expedited service. should've just paid for the regular

    no problem... im getting banned in about a week!! eeeek! i'll let u know how everything goes!! im doing the slimfast (target brand) i know the slimfast got recalled. im trying to do one meal a day... but it's not really working, so im thinking about switching to 3 shakes a day..still not sure. what are those bars u mentioned?

    woooow... thanks. im gonna look for some similar pants for work... the assigned pants are like 90 dollars. Ha!! im sure i can find some $20 jcpenny slacks and hopefully i don't swell too much because im not planning on sharing my ban with the rest of the office. thank you all!

    i understand it is a surgery and i will be sore after the procedure. im just thinking about the swelling after. i wear a uniform for work (emergency dispatcher) and my slacks are already starting to feel snug, i came to the point where i wouldn't button the top because of how tight it was. i just want to know if anyone experienced noticeable swelling. any advice? i am getting banned dec 17 resting 18-19-20 returning to work on monday ... is that enough?

    so i was wondering... do you guys drink with ur band? if so how much? and what. im not too much of a drinker but i do love my glass of wine once in a while... this is just out of curiousity. trying to prep myself for the future.. yeey!

    YES I KNOOOW! i am driving every one crazy... im really excited. I'm trying to pretend like it's no big deal... BUT IT ISS!! Im soo happy. I can't wait to have my old body back.
