Thank you for the info! I didnt realize the Cancun facility wasnt an option. I did notice most people went to Tijuana. I also wondered...does everyone have lots of extra skin when they are done? I have a pretty significant amount of weight to lose. Around 150lbs....I was wondering (well dreaming really haha!) what it would be like..will my skin be really saggy? Does anyone have a preference for Cancun or Tijuana? Im sure the price for Cancun is a little more. (please dont post prices as I know its against the rules). For someone who is browsing this forum looking for answers, yes it was comforting. I am still unsure about the whole Mexican vs US surgery experience. I had a good friend who had her Lap Band done at another surgeon's office in Mexico. She raves about him but I continue to be drawn to Dr. Ortiz. Thank you for being so honest and open! Mrs. Priss
