      unfortunately there are a couple of us joining you with this backslide. I have recommitted to being more active hopeing that is what I slid on.

      Just put a new picture up. Been pretty busy with school and work. Decided I needed to get back to the board. Hope all is well.

    this is for a basic low-carb flax flatbread. i always make a half batch and store it in the fridge bc it can go rancid otherwise. its easy and if u use a little extra splenda is delicious toasted n buttered :)

    its 6 or 7g fiber per slice ~

      pretty well, im up to 9.2 cc, no pbs, no serious stuck episodes, im being careful w eating and chewing, so far so good!

      i'm gonna change my date for my mini goal. Sept 25th my new date. I JUST broke my plateau and down to 187.2. I can still do this. thanx for the motivation love!

      just made it to 179.4 this morning girl! you can totally do this. I've just been trying to drink a ton of water and it has helped soooo much!
