Hey so my first fill is coming up on tuesday I'm a little nervous but really excited. First off I feel like I could eat a lot right now certain things I cant like bread thats not sliced really thin or is not toasted but I am not stay full very long or feeling that full eating less. So im excited to feel a change but I'm nervous in a way. Im going to OCC for my fill so If anyone has been down there for fills wanna share what except sometimes hearing stories clams me well if there good I mean lol but good or bad ill take'm. Also do they weigh you when you come in thats one thing that I have been trying not to do as much right now because I tend to get so caught up with the scale and as it can be really motivating it can be really discouraging also. Well thanks for any input

Hey so Does anyone know of a good liquid vitamin. The one I have I can hardly choke down its so GROSS not sure if I can do that everyday So any advice on any brands that arent as gross would be geat thanks.

So I'll be needing my first fill soon. I'm kind of stuck on whether or not to go back down to OCC or to just go to a place around here (tacoma wa). It is a little more to go to OCC which I dont mind but I'm just worried about going do there and then coming back and needing a another fill soon after. I have been looking at how some people get fills like a week apart or unfills so I'm stuck on what I should do because I have heard people have better luck when going down to OCC but I dont want to pay to go all the way down there and then needing to get one up here soon after any advice.

Well I just got home. Was banded on 05/07/10 I'm feeling pretty good was a really cramped plane ride but I'm excited to see my kids and start my journey. Meet a lot of other while out there thanks for the support yall and good luck. Toni
