Great event at the Ariel Center..and a final fill..

I just realized i have LOST 120 lbs !! OMG

Almost a week out from vertical sleeve revision. Feeling a bit tired today, but liquids are getting easier to get down! Lost 11 pounds already in 6 days. W.O.W.

CosMed or Dr Campos Leon for post band makeover?

Just made the big decision and scheduled plication - terrified and could really use some reassurance. I'm more scared of what happens if I do nothing - single mom, two kids and I want to be here for them, tired of being the fat one on the sidelines and want to fix this. With plication being the newer procedure, I'd really appreciate guidance, feedback, warnings, precautions, - hoping to find some friends on here as I start this journey. -- Yolanda

I just got back from a trip, and was so excited that my hips no longer touch the arms on a plane!!! and the best part was that I had at least 6 inches of extra seatbelt!!! Victory is SWEET!!!

A word of encouragement to all my lap band family my journey began on May 8, of 2008 as of today I have lost 153lbs. I went from a size 28 to 8! Exercise, eat well and follow the directions, believe me it can be done. I never thought I would be a size normal!

Trying to keep a positive attitude about not losing weight.

I had my first fill on friday and I am glad all went well. Dr. so is amazing!!!!!

So Frickin' EXCITED...Went to put on my jeans and the zipper broke. So I decided to check out the next size down. And low and behold I am now 10 pant sizes down!!! YAY!!!
