    Booked my first fill. Will be going to the NW fill center in Marysville WA on 9/30. More nervouse about this than I was about the surgery. What is up with that???

      oh its quick...I use them too. Yes you want lidocaine prior to your fill!

    Chemical peel went fabulous. Two weeks till Laser treatment. Total day of pampering accomplished - hair, nails, peel. Can't remember when I treated myself so well.

    Finally I have gotten back to reality. Holiday season really kicked my butt. I am now journalling my food and exercise and feel better for it. Luckily I only gained back 4 lbs through the holiday blues. It was not unexpected as I had lost my mother last year on Christmas day and knew that it would spiral me down for a while, but I AM BACK

    Had a consult with a licensed medical aesthetic practitioner this morning. I am going to follow up on her suggestions for reducing the effects of my weight loss from my face. First appt will be for a light chemical peel with extractions. Cross your fingers

    I caved and ate too much today and if the feeling I feel right now is anything like what I will feel if I ever eat to much after banding, let's hope I remember this and stop. Just whining, don't pay any attention to me.

    It is very sad when the one that should be most supportive of you decides to choose another route and it does not match the one you are on.

      I am a bit confused by what you mean by this but if the one you depend on most to support you cannot, you are better off without them.

    Just spoke to Dr So at the OCC and we determined that I still am not in need of my first fill. I think I was going to use it as an excuse to not make myself behave. Glad I talked to him.

      Oh oh! I wonder if I should have waited. I am still loosing but desperately hungry all the time. I eat about a third of what I used to eat and I am not even close to satisfied. Just afraid to overeat cause I don't know how the band will punish me.

    losing weight again. I can't remember when I was this calm about plateauing. What a wonderful gift the band has allowed me to have.
