Tried on more of my "small" clothes to find I have missed a few sizes. Had two people today tell me that they thought I had lost enough, I guess that is good but I am still wanting to go lower.

Ok so today I started protein shake, never thought I"d be so excited about that. this weekend pureed soups, wow.

I lost 2 lbs this week. I'm at 180.8. Yay!

Joined a gym today. First time in 8 years!!

I can't wait to officially weigh in tomorrow. I weigh myself throughout the week (I know I shouldn't be scale obsessed) and I've been seeing some weight loss. So excited about this journey!!!!

was not able to get another fill. Dr. Acosta says I have lost what I can with the band and must rely on exercise. I need to push myself and come up with a new routine.
