I've done really well with solid food, but I am at the point that I don't feel much restriction. I still am eating much less than I did before, but I'm eating more than 4oz. I'm having my first fill on Sept. 3rd here locally, it's a place that uses fluoroscope so ill try to post how it goes!! congrats on the 30 lbs!!!!
