Yep. 10 days. My main issue has been head hunger. I have been adding these whey protein "shots" to my clear liquids and they have 26 gs of protein and that helps ENORMOUSLY! Sometimes I ask my hubby or sister if I can just smell their food...but I make the effort to NOT put myself in situations where I am tempted... It's all about control.
