My head hunger is the only real issue I have faced when things that others are eating have smelled/looked super good. I have been in a couple situations where I watched laongingly while others enjoyed their food...and I nursed my soup... not fun, but that's why I generally go home straight from work and try to keep up on my liquids (esp w/ protein) which is the major helper!
