4 more days until surgery, only lost 10 pounds for my pre-op diet and hope to lose a couple more.

1 more pound to make it an even 40 lbs gone FOREVER!!

7 days until surgery, liquid diet going good except I fell off the wagon once.

Just hang in there it happened to me too and I managed to lose 22 lbs. just think about how great you are going to feel when it's all over with.

Wondering if I'll get some relief from being hungry when I get my first fill. I am eating a third of what I used to eat and pretty hungry all the time. I am just following the instructions they gave me at OCC. Will it get better on the first fill or will I have to wait for a few fills before I get some relief?

Hang in there. I hope it doesn't take 5 fills to feel any restriction.

Thanks for the positive comments and well wishes I'm back resting at the Marriott. I won't lie, I feel wiped! Like I had something major done. No doubt about it. Have met lots of other nice patients (& their support people) since I got down here. A very comforting surprize. I'm planning on feeling much better tomorrow!
