    Since I am on next week my questions are 1) I wanted to ask to have it put on the right side since I sleep on my left? is that not possible? 2) Also I read another post abotu putting it under the belly button - what are the pros and cons of that? WOnder if buttoning pants irritates it then?

    Maybe it was a reaction to the anesthia. I get sick for about 12-24 hours after any surgery.

    stupid neewbite question but what does "I slimed 3 times" mean? Is that like the term frothing I have heard?

    question for you - I don't even get banded for antoher week and I hope I don't need a tummy tuck ... but 1) what makes some people need one and not others 2) I understand that is a brutal procedure withe the huge incision etc - is that true?

    probably ... as skin heals it shrinks and pulls - that is probably going on inside around the port - I'd expect totally normal

    I am scheduled for September 30th and am a nervous wreck. My husband was banded here in the states a month ago (insurance approved him but not me). He was in a fair amount of pain for 3-4 days which really surprised me after seeing the post and videos on this site. I also don't do well with anesthia (usually I get sick or they give me so much anti-nausea medicine that I can't stay awake). I'll survive and I know after a week I won't regret it.
