Was the weight loss this slow for you too? Just getting discouraged lots of people on here seem to lose so much weight so quickly.

Hey, I'm about 40 days out from plication and I feel like it could be going faster too. I'm down 21 pounds. If I look at the scale and at least it's going down, I'm happy. Started at 211 and I'm 190 so, well get there

I agree, don't weigh everyday...once a week or every other. That way you will give yourself a break from let down everyday.... smile
