I think we are all going great! You go girl because this weight will keep falling off quiucker than before. I am also losing slow but I feel confident. I am going to go work out today. I thought I might try a spin class. Please keep posting I really want to know how you are doing.

Call OCC. I know when I had my band removed it took longer for me to heal then when I had it put in.

I stayed 7 days

I hope your feeling great now. It took me 3 days before I began to fell better. Now I am just shy of 2 weeks post op and feel really good, however, I would be lying if I said that I wasn't menatlly hungry. My cycle is about ready to begin so I realize that it is just head hunger craving sweets not real raw hunger. Keep on posting I love to hear how everyone is doing!!!!

I have been using the Costco liquid calcuim and liquis multi-vitamins. They are working well for me. I have also heard that we all should be getting a good dose of B12's.

Hi, nausia is common the first few days hang in there it gets better. Walk a lot everyday evewn if you don't feel like it and you will feel better sooner. Good luck and keep us posted on your recovery and weight loss!!

Life is good. I too use my blender, and I am not hungry so far. My wounds are healing nicely and I really want to exercise, but am told to wait 3 weeks before I begin. 10 pounds down since surgery!!!! Suzi, overall do you feel better than before surgery?

Hope your're still doing well, Leslie. I had my plication done on the same day. Hope you had a good trip home. Pain is a little less every day. Using my blender quite a bit and will be for a while.

Plicated on November 8th, feel great so far and I am ready to go home. On liquid yogurt and clears. Yeah me!!!

Hi Nicole,

I will be arriving to OCC on Sunday a getting surgery on MOnday the 8th, I too am staying where you are. I would love to get in touch with you. I am having the plication surgery and I understand you are getting the full on sleeve. I too had a band and loved it until my slippage. I have gained most of my weight back and I am hoping that I am successful with this surgery. Why did you decide sleeve instead of plication?

So 4 more days until my surgery. I'm not nervous as I trust Dr O and had a good experience with my lapband surgery.

I've lost 11lbs of the 13lbs I need to lose for preop and confident when I get there

I would've reached my goal.

I'm staying at the Caminoreal and was wondering if I should bring my bullet for protein shakes.

What do you think?
