I had my surgury about 5 years ago I had very little restriction, went back for a fill but nothing really changed. A couple of months ago I started to have more restriction now in the mornings I have a hard time with water very very small sips I keep water glasses throughout the house and take little sips throughout the day I try to get 32oz a day down sometimes its difficult. Solid foods are out, mushy foods are about it and no more than 1/4 cup at a time and I have to stand up while I eat and for awhile after no more going out to eat I am losing weight about 25 pounds in 3 months but I burp alot after I eat and I am uncomfortable for awhile. Is this normal 5 years after surgury should I be concerned about slippage or is the band just being fickle and things could change back to no restriction just as quickly I can't afford to go back to mexico? anyone have any ideas or been through the same thing. thanks
