      Hi, thank you so much for been so nice!! I am doing a little bit better, I have been with a lot of cramps and stomackage but I am feeling better now. Today is only day 11 and I lost 6 lb. so far, I am happy but I know it will take some time for me to recover and feel great, I am allergic to lactose and for that reason has been complicated drinking shakes and yogurt. I hope we can keep in touch and let me know if there is something that I can help you with.
