    Hello everyone I can't wait to start my Journey at a new me. I just wanted to here from other members that have gone through what I am about to. My starting weight is 250 lbs I plan on loosing 120 lbs If all goes according to plan. I have been a little scared of having surgery In Tijuana. ANY TIPS ON WHAT TO EXPECT ANY HELP WILL BE NICE.
