    Back to the hotel surgery yesterday went great, been walking and trying to rest. Feel awesome though.

      This is great to hear. Just walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip. It will help get all the gas out and keep you from feeling hungry. Keep in touch. If you need shake receipes, let me know.

    I have decided to go with the VSG, I leave on the 18th surgery the 19th. I am nervously excited.

    Started Pre-op to my Pre-op yesterday. 2 shakes 1 sensible dinner no carbs. Getting ready for success.

    I am scheduled to have surgery on December 20th 2013. I currently weigh 250 pounds and will start Pre-op Diet Day after Thanksgiving. I am having the Gastric Plictation Surgery.
