Thank you , thank you, thank you for posting this and all the replies. I came here today looking specifically for a "port pain" topic and there it was first on the list. I had my suregery 12/8/06 and had no pain at all until about a week ago when I sneezed and then a couple of days later I was playing with my 2 yr old nephew and threw him up in the air a couple of times...now I get twinges every so often. But I was really scared I had done something "BAD". Thanks for the reassurance that twinges are probably normal. Kim
