It is very nice to hear your comments. I go in on the 23rd of July for my band. I am 5'4" and weigh 191. I want to be 130. What would you suggest for me with tips as I would like to have your 1st hand knowledge? Did you have any troubles with fills and how much saline did you have for your first one? Does the clinic send home details of what you can and cannot do or can and cannot eat? I'd appreciate anything you are willing to share about your experience. thanks
