i am truly an emotional eater. i have been trying to pay attention to it the last couple of days and notice that when i am bored or upset at home is the worst. do you think it would be smart to try to start the diet now i am having my surgery in 3 weeks

tatget sells the optima in a few different flavors and it is 5.59 for a pack of six. i was quite happy with the flavor if you blend it with some ice it is like a frapachino. thanks chrissy

i have read that for the week before a protein shake for breakfast 1 for lunch and 1or2 for dinner with a salad with green veggies only for lunch or dinner what does green veggies only mean i am going in for surgery on may 25th
