slimmy120 Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 I have lost 100lb, my port and tube just above my waist band, now you can see a round hard protrusion and also pipe bit, i have already had it put down as far as can, very concious dont want anyone to know i have had lap band , help how do i explain to new partner, hernia operation with scar tissue??? or what, definately do not want to tell anyone. If it was me, and I was getting down and dirty with someone and my port showed, I would just say hey here it is. love all of me, or get the heck out if you don't.. malamuchacha Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 I think it's true that you shouldn't be ashamed of what you did to get healthy, but I think Dr. Ortiz did mention that you can get the port pushed further under if it starts to become visible.
