Mushy Foods

In the first 21 days, mushy food is potentially too solid and could build up in your new pouch and cause a slip. In this early stage it's crucial that your stomach is able to heal in the new position.

After the 21 days, mushy food is potentially too soft - and will go right through your band rather than building up in your pouch and giving you that full feeling.

Can anyone tell me why no mushy foods and it is that all the time or just through the 21 days?
