I have learned quite a bit about myself and now realize that I really can do this. I am so happy I made this decision and for all of you who are getting ready to get banded, you are going to be so glad you did it. I am sore in the port area but other than that I feel great. I can't believe how much weight I am down. I am down 12 lbs. in less than two weeks. CRAZY! Merry Christmas to everyone and thanks again for listening.
