jhawkchick75 Posted March 24, 2010 Report Share Posted March 24, 2010 B: Fiber One cereal (dry) S: Campbell's chicken mini noodle soup at hand (low sodium) L: Chicken and potatoes D: Chicken nachos Calories so far: 1.000 Exercise: Went to Zumba for the first time in a looong time and it felt sooo good!!! Not sure what is up w/ me today, but my stomach is growling! I ate breakfast and less than 2hrs later it's not head hunger it's full on tummy growls. So i'm doing the soup and hoping that will help. Yummo! a few bites on my sons banana protein shake Hydration - crystal light 48 oz (be right back...gotta...pee...) 1/2 my calcuim pill L - scalloped pots and chicken with mustard vin sauce...
