Today is Day 21. I'm feeling like it went faster than I thought it would. Days 5, 6 and 7 were probably the hard days. Around Days, 12, 13, 14 & 15 I wasn't getting enough calories .... around 400-600 a day. Made that adjustment as soon as I realized what was going on. Over all, I lost 13.5 pounds in the last 20 days and really feel good. I'm down 26.6 from the day I made my appointment (10/27/11).

I feel like tomorrow the real work starts. I'm excited and feeling empowered!
