newmancarrie Posted November 26, 2012 Report Share Posted November 26, 2012 I am here! So excited for my plactation on December 7th! I have been on my pre-op diet for two days and have done pretty well. I was careful not to gain any weight during Thanksgiving. Tomorrow I am going to start exercising to help get to that 5%. I am nervous about it though......I have to lose about a pound a day to make it. Ooops...I just saw I am on the wrong board.
