Bella1980 Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 I have heard this also but I have had to have NSAIDS after gastric sleeve. I was just told to drink a lot more water when on them. I needed to be on them as I was on them with pain medication after breaking my ankle and having it platted. I tried really hard not to take them but my ankle needed the relief of the anti inflammatory. It felt like my cast was cutting into my leg.
