I found this web site recently when I was reading the forum topics.

It's fun. It's easy. It's informational. It's motivating. And best of all...it's FREE!

You might find yourself a little "geeky" adding all the nutrients for food. Once you set up a food you eat everyday (like my latte from starbucks or my ham slices), you just click on it each time you eat it because you only have to enter it the first time! I even track my water this way.

But what I find the most interesting is how I'm meeting my diet and exercise goals. You can even keep a journal.

Ok, 3 posts from me a day is enough!
