Achey pain in my chest and right shoulder?

I noticed last night after I ate dinner which was a third of a microwave meal with chicken and pasta. I have a dull kinda headache in my chest and right shoulder. It wasn't too bothersome last night, but this morning and all day so far, it has been aching. At first I thought I slept wrong, but then realized it was there last night. Not sure what it could be because no food got stuck or anything wrong with eating or drinking at all. Don't have heartburn either.

Any ideas? I have lost alot of weight in my upper body and my right shoulder is what I sleep on most during the night. It is just weird that it has stayed with me...probably a different pain all together because last night might be because I ate late and rather too fast. hmmmm...
