jetdeck Posted March 17, 2008 Report Share Posted March 17, 2008 From what I understand Martinez opens and sets trocars then Ortiz places the band and makes any additional repairs, then Martinez closes and places port, which must be why Ortiz says it takes him 7 minutes to do the surgery. Ask Lori she'll be able to tell you what you are scheduled for, it wouldn't surprise me if Martinez starts to take a more active role as it is inevitable that the practice will grow faster than Ortiz can handle alone.
