Jacklynrae Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 For those of you experienced bandsters or even those who like to exercise I am looking for new ways to motivate and keep me on my exercise routine. I have a wonderful friend who happens to be a personal trainer making workouts for me, another great friend who has agreed to do the work outs with me a couple of days, but I know for health and weight loss purposes that I need to exercise at least 5-6 days.
