One thing that really stood out was Mrs. Ortiz (the doctors mother) she was very helpful and there to help you with anything you needed. I have to tell you I was looking for excuses to say no. I could not find one reason to stop, the facility is great, the people are great and the overall experience was excellent. I have lost 12 lbs in less than a week. Don't judge the experience by the city, we all know TJ is not the best place but the hotel is great (awesome pool) and Mrs. Ortiz will treat you very well.
