My post op diet plans indicates 1/2 cup of broth, unsweetened jello etc....so if I need more I guess it's okay? Providing I stay w/i 900-1200 calories?

I can't imagine even coming close to that many calories on broth, jello and popcicles???

The most I've been able to get up to is 700. :) It's easier to get that high now that I can have drinkable yogurt. Tomorrow I can start protein shakes and then the next day creamy soups! Yay!!!

From what I've read it seems like a lot of people like the broth because it's warm and soothing... but for me I'm LOVING the popsicles.

I am not at all a hot drink/soup person...I don't drink coffee or tea and never have. But I LOVE popcicles....and have sugar free popcicles always on hand.

Enjoy!!!
