Kimra Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Does anyone know if we can play Volleyball after the 3 weeks?? I had surgery on May 16th and I am playing in an outdoor co-ed grass tournament on the 4th of July. I'm soooooo stinkin excited, but nervous thats too soon!! HELP!!

I assume it's not extreme beach volleyball involving lots of body slams and pushing yourself absolutely to your limits in order to win. If you haven't had any complications thus far you should be fine, just take a break if you stomach gets sore.

Volleyball is a definite stomach sport..
