He said he ate tuna mixed with Walden Farm's dressing for lunch every day. He's lost over 100 pounds I found some at Kroger's grocery store in the produce section. There are several to choose from. 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugars. WOWZA! Believe it or not, the one I tried is great! I bought Ranch and mixed it in my tuna and it was good!!!! They have many products to offer. Check em out! http://www.waldenfarms.com/ I bought the Starkist Chunk Light Tuna 3 oz. packet (20 g. protien) and mixed it with just a little salad dessing and am having a hard time eating it all.
