Here is a sample of the poems I use in the frames

These are just 2 examples I made for my moms cat Oscar that just passed. As I said before, I would gladly make one for anyone who wants it! I love making them as nice keepsakes of your favorite photos. You can e-mail me photos or snail mail them to me and I can scan them and give you back the originals. I don't charge anything. I just like to help keep their memory alive by doing this. Use my regular e-mail though, not enough space in PM.

Hope this picture turns out right!!

Just happen to be looking. Still can't wait to see your memory frames

They are in there now, can't you see them?

DId I ever tell you my first cat was named Julie, like you?

She is a beauty Queen and has been featured in 2 different calendars. She is the one who has lupus and wasn't expected to live beyond her first 6 months. But she is still with me and is 12 years old.

I see them now!! Beautiful.

In second grade I won a local beauty contest at school. I also stated in my acceptance speech I strived to be Miss America. Never made that one though. The name Julie does have the meaning "youthful", and that's what I aspire to be always as does your cat!!!

Mona, those are too beautiful! I would love one, but have far too many lost loved ones to count, and it makes me cry to see the pictures.....I am still grieving several pets (I lost quite a few in the past few years). I will never get over some of them. I have to say my life was blessed with such wonderful companions.

I use a couple of different poems but my two favorites are as follows (If I can remember the words off the top of my head)

There's something missing from my home, I feel it day and night.

I know it will take time and strength before things feel quite right.

But just for now I have to mourn, my heart, it needs to mend.

Though some may say it's just a pet, I know I've lost a friend.

You've brought such laughter to my home and richness to my days.

A contant friend though joy or loss with gentle loving ways.

Companion friend and confident, a friend I won't forget.

You'll live forever in my heart, my sweet forever pet.

And:

Don't weep at my grave, for I am not there.

I've a date with a butterly to dance is the air.

I'll be singing in the sunshine all wild and free,

Playing tag with te wind while I'm waiting for thee.

Oh crap, here I go crying - AT WORK YET!

Those are too beautiful, brought the tears again, especially the one about the butterflies as I always tell my babies when they die in my arms that they can go and chase the bunnies and butterfly's in heaven now..... sniff-sniff!
