I was banded on Wed and I have been drinking only water and gatorade. The broth taste gross to me. I'm only drinking 4 glasses of water max right now.

So my question is should I be drinking more water and I have no protein at all right now.

Yes try to get some calories into you. Jello, popcicles, protein water. You don't want to get sick.

I know how you feel, the first 4 days, I struggled to get anything into me. I probably got 200 calories a day...and could barely sip water. It's tough, but you need to do it to keep up your strength for healing.
